Future planning for Day Opportunities - Carers

Overview

In November 2020 we asked you to tell us what made a meaningful day for you and the person you support.  We are using your responses to develop our future plans and want to thank you for your input into this.  Now we have looked through the responses we would like to ask you a couple of questions to ensure we assess the potential impact of what people are telling us.
