The Development of Day Opportunities Strategy: Questionnaire for Providers

Overview

Nottinghamshire County Council is currently developing a new strategy for day opportunity provision. As part of this, we encourage providers to share your insight and ideas to help us develop a new strategy for day opportunities across Nottinghamshire.

We know that day opportunity providers have an important role in the care and support provided to Service Users and carers. We want to learn from your insight, experience and knowledge in meeting the needs and outcomes of people who access your service now and in the future.

Please think about the offer of support you gave to people before COVID-19 and anything you may have learnt through your experience of the changes made during the pandemic. Consider how any best practice you have utilised informs and develops a sustainable, long term offer.

This questionnaire is the start of getting your views. We will be contacting you in the future to request your participation in other co-production events, such as online workshops and group sessions.
