Overview

We want to develop a new service offer for our short breaks service with a clearer focus, more flexibility and better outcomes for carers and people who use the service, so that we can respond to what people have told us they need.

The online consultation questionnaire/survey offers an opportunity for people to share their thoughts and suggestions about how we could develop the service and we are keen to hear from everyone.
