Nottinghamshire Families Information Service Survey 2024

Overview

We’re keen to get your feedback on Nottinghamshire Families Information Service (FIS), whether you’re a parent, carer, childcare provider or other professional working with children and families.

FIS’s mission is to help families find childcare, discover the different types of childcare funding support available and provide lots of useful information to parents or carers and professionals who work with families. There's activities to do at home and in the community, guidance on parenting challenges, child development and getting ready for school, healthy lifestyles, volunteering, returning to work and lots more. You'll find all of this at Notts Help Yourself Nottshelpyourself which is part of our Virtual Family Hub offer.

We also share information on things that interest families through our FIS Facebook page, and our FIS Instagram such as news, activities and local events. If you would prefer to speak to a person, our advisors at the Customer Service Centre can answer queries and signpost you to what you’re looking for.

Completing this questionnaire is optional and you don’t have to give us your personal details. Everything is anonymous. Your answers will only be used for the purpose they were collected for and will not be passed on to any third parties.
