Nottinghamshire Families Information Service Survey 2026

We’re keen to get your feedback on the Nottinghamshire Families Information Service (FIS). 

The Families Information Service’s purpose is:

• To help families find childcare and information about the different types of childcare funding support available.
• To provide lots of useful information for parents, carers and the professionals who work with them.
• To provide information and guidance on parenting challenges, child development and getting ready for school, linking into services that can offer support.
• To give ideas for activities to do at home and in the community.
• To give information on healthy lifestyles, volunteering, returning to work and lots more. 

You'll find all of this on our Notts Help Yourself website - part of our Virtual Family Hub.

We’re on Facebook and Instagram too, where we share information that would be of interest to families.  

If you would prefer to speak to a person, advisors at the Customer Service Centre can answer queries and signpost you to what you’re looking for.

Completing this questionnaire is optional, and you don’t have to provide us with your personal details, as everything will be anonymous. Your answers will only be used for the purpose they were collected for and will not be passed on to any third parties.

The short survey should take around 10 minutes to complete. 

All completed entries that provide their email address will be entered into a prize draw for a £25 Amazon gift voucher.
