Wrapround and holiday childcare places for primary school aged children

Closes 3 Nov 2024

Opened 3 Sep 2024

Overview

You may be aware that the Government is aiming to ensure that all local authorities and school communities have sufficient wraparound childcare options for families from September 2024 onwards.

Wraparound childcare for primary aged children (up to 11 years old) is defined as care wrapped around a school day and available from at least 8am until 6pm and is childcare that parents pay for.

Nottinghamshire County Council wants to gather the views of parents to see how they currently use wraparound childcare, and how they may use wraparound childcare in the future. We expect the survey to take about five minutes to complete.

We are asking all families to complete the short survey, your feedback will help us to review current levels of wraparound childcare and take steps to increase the number of places available should we need to. You can find out more about how we will use your data collected in this survey by reading our Consultations and Surveys Privacy Notice. This survey will close on Sunday 3 November 2024

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey and reflecting on your personal childcare needs.
