Start For Life Offer Initial Consultation (Professionals)

Overview

Local authorities have a responsibility to publish their Start for Life offer which should include the services available locally for families during the period from conception to the age of two. The offer should be available online as well as a hard copy version.

We want to seek your feedback to make sure we develop this offer to reflect the specific needs of Nottinghamshire professionals, as well as families. We would also like to hear your views on any current gaps in services and support.

If you have involvement with any Nottinghamshire services from pregnancy up until a baby is two years old (e.g. maternity services, Healthy Families Team, Children's Centre Services to name a few), we would be grateful if you were able to answer the questions, which should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.
