Employee Engagement Survey 2025
Overview
Welcome to the 2025 Employee Engagement Survey.
Over the past few years, we’ve faced unprecedented challenges that have pushed us to adapt, be more flexible and innovate. Through it all, the resilience, dedication and hard work of our incredible colleagues have enabled us to continue delivering exceptional services to not only the community we serve - Nottinghamshire - but each other.
We want to understand the level of engagement and satisfaction among teams across the organisation, on key areas such as:
- The overall employee experience
- The role you play and the work you do
- The value we all add to our residents
- Your thoughts and experience of the Senior Leadership Team
- Our organisational culture
- and more...
Your voice matters – take part in the survey!
This survey allows you to share your views openly and in a confidential and anonymous way. We encourage you to be straight talking, honest and open with your responses. The feedback you provide will be used alongside other surveys previously undertaken, including the Employee Value Proposition, Social Care Workforce Race Equality Bullying and Harassment, Digital and Data Surveys, and previous Health, Mental Health and Wellbeing check-in surveys. Collectively, this will give us a very good overview of how people feel about working for Nottinghamshire County Council.
By participating, you play a key role in shaping the future of our workplace and ensuring that NCC continues to be a great place to work. Let’s work together to identify what’s working well and where we can improve. Please be assured the survey is completely confidential, but it will allow for your suggestions and voices to be heard.
The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Once you have completed the survey, you will have the option of entering into a prize draw to win four tickets to Adventures. To enter the prize draw, a separate Microsoft Office form will be provided to be filled in after you have submitted your survey response. Remember, your survey response will remain anonymous and is separate from your prize draw entry.
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.
