A6075 MANSFIELD ROAD, EDWINSTOWE - PROPOSED ZEBRA CROSSING

Overview

Via East Midlands is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services. Nottinghamshire County Council have received requests to install a zebra crossing on Mansfield Road, Edwinstowe in-between Fifth Avenue and Redcroft Close.

It is therefore proposed to install a zebra crossing at the location shown on the enclosed plan. The zebra crossing would include lengths of zig-zag lines where parking, stopping and loading would be prohibited at all times. The zebra crossing would make it safer for pedestrians to cross the road, especially during peak hours with high traffic flow, as shown on drawing TP2450340-VIA-HGN-DR-CH-CP).
