The proposed restrictions and parking bay are to provide parking for up to 3 taxis on Carlton Hill. The existing no waiting and no loading restrictions on Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 9.30am will remain in force to ensure that the road is kept clear of all parked vehicles at the busiest time of day.
