Bingham Road, Radcliffe on Trent - Proposed Humped Zebra Crossing

Overview

Nottinghamshire County Council, is proposing to install a new Zebra crossing on a new raised ramped plateau on Bingham Road, Radcliffe on Trent, approximately 29 metres east of its junction with New Road. The crossing will provide a safer crossing point for pedestrians crossing the road and is being installed as part of the planning conditions for the new housing on Shelford Road. The consultation for this scheme was originally advertised in March 2020. The consultation was stopped due to the initial restrictions imposed by the coronavirus measures which reduced opportunities for members of the public to comment on the proposal.
