BUCKFAST WAY WEST BRIDGFORD – PROPOSED PARKING RESTRICTIONS – DOUBLE YELLOW LINES (8407) – STAGE 2 CONSULTATION

Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services in Nottinghamshire. Concerns have been raised about obstructive and inconsiderate parking in the turning circle on Buckfast Way. To help alleviate the problems it is proposed to introduce double yellow lines (‘No Waiting at Any Time’) restrictions.

In addition to the double yellow lines, a new 15 metre Bus Stop Clearway is also proposed as a result of the recent relocation of the bus stop. The bus stop clearway will be in operation 24 hours.
