Church Avenue, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Prohibition of Waiting and No Stopping on Entrance Clearways, Traffic Regulation Order 2018 (4212)

Overview

Concerns have been raised about obstructive parking on Church Avenue restricting access and visibility for pedestrians and vehicles travelling to the church, school and residential properties.

It is proposed to introduce enforceable ‘no waiting at any time’ restrictions (double yellow lines) and ‘School Keep Clear’ markings (no stopping Monday to Friday between 8am and 4.30pm) as shown on drawing number H/JMR/2636/01 to improve the visibility and access along Church Avenue.
