Davies Road, West Bridgford - Proposed Bus Stop Clearway

Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd, working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council, proposes to create 1 new enforceable bus stop clearway at the following stop, RU0404, as shown on the attached plan:

No Stopping At Any Time, except buses  - 19 metre clearway

• Davies Road, West Bridgford (RU0404)

Concerns have been raised about the accessibility of the bus stops for pedestrians, and buses being unable to properly use the stops due to parked vehicles. It is therefore proposed to install one new enforceable bus stop clearway, which will prohibit other vehicles from parking or waiting in the bus stop at any time. This will be clearly identified with new road markings and signage. A plan of the propsal can be seen on drawing number H/YM/5121/01.
