Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd, working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council, proposes to relocate the bus stop pole at bus stop GE0043, approximately 72m south as per drawing number H/LB/5117/03, and propose an enforceable clearway at the relocated stop below.

Further to the stage 1 consultation letter of 5th August 2025, the next stage of the consultation is to publicly advertise the scheme. The advert will be published online (linked via the QR code below) and notices will be fixed on site. An amended plan showing the extents of the proposed restrictions is attached (Drawing Number H/LB/5117/03) along with a copy of the site notice. The amendment refers to the slight repositioning of the raised boarding kerbs and bus stop clearway to move the stop further from a residential driveway.

Any objections to the proposals, specifying the grounds on which they are made, should be sent in writing before 6th October 2025 using the e-mail or postal address at the bottom of the letter.
