GN40 - Ramsey Drive, Arnold - Bus Stop Improvements

Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd, is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services in Nottinghamshire. As part of some wider highway improvements, concerns have been raised regarding the existing locations of a number of bus stops along Ramsey Drive, Arnold.

To address this issue, it is therefore proposed to introduce RTI bus stop poles and raised boarding kerbs to all stops that do not already have these provisions, and to relocation necessary stops so they can be more easily accessed by buses and cause less of an obstruction. A plan of the proposed improvements to be made to the 9 bus stops, can be seen on drawing number H/SH/5118/02 through H/SH/5118/05
