MILL LANE, KIRKBY-IN-ASHFIELD - PROPOSED 30MPH SPEED LIMIT EXTENSION (TRO 4316) – STAGE TWO CONSULTATION

Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services.

In order to fulfil a S278 agreement and make the speed limit more appropriate following the construction of a new development on Laburnum Avenue, Kirkby-in-Ashfield and Mill Lane, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, it is proposed to extend the existing 30mph Speed Limit along Mill Lane. This is shown on the attached drawing (Drawing Number H/JLB/5001/01).
