NNS116 - Ringleas Cotgrave Bus Stop Clearways

Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd, working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council, proposes to relocate one bus stop and create two new enforceable bus stop clearways at the following stops, and as shown on the attached plan: -

 No Stopping at Any Time, except buses: -

RU0194 – 21 metre bus stop clearway

RU0217 – 15 metre bus stop clearway

Concerns have been raised about the accessibility of the bus stops for bus users, and buses being unable to properly use the stops due to parked vehicles. It is therefore proposed to install new enforceable bus stop clearways, which will prohibit other vehicles from parking or waiting in the bus stop at any time. This will be clearly identified with new road markings and signage
