Proposed Parking Restrictions and Resident Parking Bay - Enderby Gardens, Henry Street, Larkspur Avenue and Monsell Drive, Redhill and Leivers Avenue, Arnold-TRO 7217

Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd, is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services in Nottinghamshire. Concerns have been raised about obstructive parking at the junctions of Enderby Gardens, Larkspur Avenue, Henry Street and Monsell Drive Redhill. This reduces visibility and access for drivers and pedestrians using the junctions. To help alleviate this issue it is proposed to introduce ‘no waiting at any time’ restrictions (double yellow lines) around the junctions as shown on drawing number H/MN/3229/01. 

In addition, it is proposed to amend a parking bay in the “Smithy Crescent Area” residents parking scheme. The bay outside No 53 Leivers Avenue, Arnold is to be shortened by 6 metres to accommodate the new vehicular crossing.
