Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd, is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services in Nottinghamshire.  To improve access for Trent Barton buses along Clumber Drive and Queens Road, Radcliffe on Trent, the County Council proposes to relocate bus stop RU0634 away from the restrictive bend on Queens Road, Radcliffe on Trent.  To protect this, stop from obstruction by parked vehicles a bus stop clearway will also be introduced. The clearway will prohibit other vehicles from parking or waiting in the bus stop at all times and will be clearly identified with new road markings and signage.

The County Council also proposes to introduce ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ restrictions (Double Yellow Lines) on Clumber Drive and Queens Road, Radcliffe on Trent to ensure visibility and access for drivers and pedestrians is maintained. The proposals are shown on the attached drawing H/MN/3044/04.
