Proposed Parking Restrictions (TRO 1259) Ashvale Road and Linden Avenue, Tuxford

Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd, is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services in Nottinghamshire. With the construction of a new Co-Op it is proposed to introduce ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ restrictions (double yellow lines) to prevent inconsiderate or obstructive parking on Ashvale Road or at its junction with Linden Avenue. 

The proposed restrictions will facilitate the safe operation of the highway including the new footway build-outs, which incorporate pedestrian crossing points. The restrictions on Ashale Road will extend from its junction with Linden Avenue to approximately 30 metres north of the new entrance.
