Proposed Parking Restrictions (TRO 3347) Harcourt Street and Smith Street, Newark

Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd, is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services in Nottinghamshire. Concerns have been raised about obstructive parking at the junction of Harcourt Street and Smith Street, Newark. This reduces visibility and access for drivers and pedestrians using this junction.

To address this issue, it is therefore proposed to introduce ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ restrictions (Double Yellow Lines) at this junction, as shown on drawing number H/MN/3880/01
