Proposed Restricted Road Order (30mph Speed Limit) - Penniment Lane, Sutton-in-Ashfield

Overview

The north-east to south-west section of Penniment Lane remained as a derestricted road after the local road layout changed. However, it is now proposed to make the road a restricted road and therefore subject to the lower speed limit of 30 m.p.h. which is considered the most appropriate for a residential street of this nature.

 The proposals are shown on drawing number H/JMR/3257/01.
