Rufford Way, West Bridgford - Proposed Double Yellow Lines

Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd, is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services in Nottinghamshire. Concerns have been raised about inconsiderate and obstructive parking on Rufford Way just after the turn from Stamford Road. This reduces visibility and access for drivers and pedestrians using these junctions.

To address this issue, it is therefore proposed to introduce ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ restrictions (Double Yellow Lines) on Rufford Way, north of the junction with Stamford Road as shown on drawing number H/NG/5317/01.

Any objections should clearly state the reasons for the objections and should reach us in writing, either by letter or email, by 22nd April 2026. If the objection cannot be resolved, it will be reported through the County Council’s procedures at the appropriate time.
