The Nottinghamshire County Council (Ley Lane and Pennine Close, Mansfield Woodhouse) (Prohibition of Waiting and Parking Places) Traffic Regulation Order 2019 (2225)

Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services.

In response to requests received by the County Council, it is proposed to introduce a residents’ parking bay outside property numbers 15 to 25 Ley Lane. This would provide a dedicated stretch of on-street parking for residents, most of whom do not have access to any off-street parking. This follows a positive response to a questionnaire sent to the 6 affected properties in April 2019.

Further requests have been received to address obstructive parking at the junction of Ley Lane and Pennine Close. It is therefore proposed to introduce double yellow lines (no waiting at any time) around this junction as shown on drawing number H/JMR/3062/02.
