The Twitchell and Langton Road, Sutton In Ashfield - Proposed Traffic Calming (Raised Plateaus)

Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd, working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council, is proposing to install 2 raised plateaus on The Twitchell and Langton Road, Sutton in Ashfield. The plateau are to be 75mm high and located near the junctions with High Pavement and will provide a safer crossing point for cyclists and pedestrians. The measures are being installed as part of the works to construct a new cycle path on High Pavement between its junctions with Station Road and Mill Street.
