TRO 1137 ADVERT - MULBERRY WAY AND SCROOBY ROAD, HARWORTH - PROPOSED DOUBLE YELLOW LINES
Overview
Via East Midlands Ltd, is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services in Nottinghamshire. Concerns have been raised about inconsiderate and obstructive parking at the junction of Mulberry Way and Scrooby Road, Harworth. This reduces visibility and access for drivers and pedestrians using this junction.
To address this issue, it is therefore proposed to introduce ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ restrictions (Double Yellow Lines) around the junction, as shown on drawing number H/CLW/5263/01. The advert will be published in the Worksop Guardian and notices will be displayed on site.
Any objections should clearly state the reasons for the objections and should reach us in writing, either by letter or email, by 19th December 2025. If the objection cannot be resolved, it will be reported through the County Council’s procedures at the appropriate time.
