TRO 1320 SEALED ORDER - SANDY LANE, WORKSOP - PROHIBITION OF WAITING

Overview

The Prohibition of Waiting Order for Sandy Lane, Worksop was Sealed on Friday 27th March 2026 and will come into force on Monday 13th April 2026.

The Prohibition of Waiting restrictions are required to address issues with inconsiderate and obstructive parking in this area.

A bus stop clearway has also been installed to help buses pick up and drop off passengers.

Via East Midlands Ltd is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services in Nottinghamshire. Concerns have been raised about inconsiderate and obstructive parking on the footways on Sandy Lane, Worksop which is preventing disabled residents from passing safely.

To address this issue, Double Yellow Lines (‘No Waiting At Any Time’) restrictions have been introduced along Sandy Lane and a bus stop clearway has been installed, as shown on drawing number H/CLW/4966/01.
