TRO 1328 Mark Lane & Tuxford Road, East Markham

Overview

The parking restrictions Traffic Regulation Order for Mark Lane and Tuxford Road, East Markham was Sealed on Thursday 2nd July 2026 and will come into force on Friday 10th July 2026. The no waiting restrictions are required to address issues with inconsiderate and obstructive parking along the road.

Via East Midlands Ltd is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services in Nottinghamshire. Concerns have been raised about inconsiderate and obstructive parking along Tuxford Road which is causing visibility issues and forcing vehicles on to the wrong side of the road.

To address this issue, ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ restrictions (Double Yellow Lines) have been introduced on Tuxford Road and a new Bus Stop Clearway on Mark Lane, as shown on drawing number H/TS/5020/01/A.
