TRO 1337 SEALED ORDER - MULBERRY WAY AND SCROOBY ROAD, HARWORTH - PROHIBITION OF WAITING

Overview

The Prohibition of Waiting order for Mulberry Way and Scrooby Road, Harworth was sealed on Friday 27th March 2026 and will come into force on Monday 13th April 2026.

The Prohibition of Waiting has been introduced to prevent parking in this area.

Via East Midlands Ltd is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services in Nottinghamshire. Concerns have been raised regarding inconsiderate and obstructive parking, at the junction of Mulberry Way and Scrooby Road, Harworth. This is causing issues with visibility and access for drivers and pedestrians using the junction.

To address this issue, ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ restrictions (Double Yellow Lines) have been installed around the junction, as shown on drawing number H/CLW/5263/01.
