Overview

The proposed Residents’ Parking Scheme is designed to remove non-resident parking during the hours of operation to leave more space for residents to park.

The proposed double yellow lines (no waiting at any time) restrictions are designed to keep the junction of St Catherine Street and St Margaret Street clear of parked vehicles.

This will ensure that visibility is maintained for vehicles using the junction and that there is unobstructed access to the dropped kerbs for pedestrians crossing the road.
