Overview

Planning permission has been granted for the construction of two residential properties, including off-street parking provision on the land adjacent to 4 Shirburn Avenue, Mansfield. To enable the off-street parking area to be accessed from Shirburn Avenue it is proposed to remove the existing limited waiting bay and replace it with ‘no waiting at any time’ restrictions (double yellow lines).
