TRO 2285 ADVERT - BURNS LANE, WARSOP - PROHIBITION OF DRIVING

Overview

Nottinghamshire County Council has received reports of collisions involving pedestrians along Burns Lane, Warsop.

In order to improve road safety, it is therefore proposed to introduce a prohibition of driving Order between Manor Road and Nethercross Drive as per the attached drawing 2550284-Via-HGB-ZZ-DR-CH-00001. Access for maintenance, farm and pumping station will be maintained from the North side.

Any objections should clearly state the reasons for the objections and should reach us in writing, either by letter or email, by 26th November 2025. If the objection cannot be resolved, it will be reported through the County Council’s procedures at the appropriate time.
