TRO 3361B SEALED ORDER - GONALSTON LANE, HOVERINGHAM - DOUBLE YELLOW LINES

Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd, working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council, has introduced double yellow lines (no waiting at any time) on Gonalston Lane, Hoveringham. The restrictions apply to both sides of the road and start from from a point 260 metres south-east of the centre line of the Nottingham to Newark railway in a north-westerly direction for a distance of 380 metres. The restrictions do not apply to the existing informal parking areas.

The restrictions are intended to keep the road clear of parked vehicles to give an unobstructed route for other road users. The removal of parked vehicles will give better visibility for drivers turning out onto Gonalston Lane. The prohibition of waiting also includes the grass verges which will help to stop vehicles from damaging them.
