TRO 3372 ADVERT - BEACON HILL ROAD AND CROSS STREET, NEWARK - PROPOSED DOUBLE YELLOW LINES

Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd, is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services in Nottinghamshire.

Concerns have been raised about inconsiderate and obstructive parking along Beacon Hill Road at its junction with Hatton Grove and The Ropewalk and Cross Street at its junctions with Kingsnorth Close and Massey Street.  This is causing visibility issues at these junctions.

To address this issue, it is therefore proposed to introduce ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ restrictions (Double Yellow Lines) around these junctions, as shown on drawing number H/JW/4401/01.  

This scheme is in addition to the Residents’ Parking Scheme TRO 3366 which is being introduced in the near future.
