TRO 3375 ADVERT - HOWITTS YARD, NEWARK - PROPOSED PARKING BAY

Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services in Nottinghamshire. As part of the redevelopment of the existing M & S store in Newark, a new loading / unloading delivery bay is being introduced on the north-west side of Howitts Yard, Newark to the rear of the M & S store. To achieve this, the existing Traffic Regulation Order (TRO) needs to be amended. It is therefore proposed to remove 12 metres metres of Double Yellow Lines on the north-west side and replace these with a new loading/unloading only bay which will be in operation at all times.
