TRO 3410 - ADVERT - HANDLEY COURT, NEWARK ON TRENT - PROPOSED DOUBLE YELLOW LINES

Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd, is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services in Nottinghamshire. Concerns have been raised about inconsiderate and obstructive parking around the bend on Handley Court. This reduces visibility and access for drivers and pedestrians using this junction.

To address this issue, it is therefore proposed to introduce ‘No Waiting Mon – Fri (11am – 2pm) restrictions (Single Yellow Lines) around the bend and Limited Waiting Bays, All Vehicles, 2 hours No return within 1 Hour Mon – Fri (9am – 5pm) either side of the single yellow line, as shown on drawing number H/JDC/5114/01. The advert will be published in the Newark Advertiser and notices will be displayed on site.
