TRO 3419 ADVERT - FIFTH AVENUE, EDWINSTOWE - PROPOSED DOUBLE YELLOW LINES

Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd, is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services in Nottinghamshire. Concerns have been raised about inconsiderate and obstructive parking on Fifth Avenue, Edwinstowe between the junctions of Fourth Avenue (east side). This reduces traffic movements around the junctions and the continuation of Fourth Avenue.

To address this issue, it is therefore proposed to extend the ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ restriction (Double Yellow Lines) between the existing double yellow lines, as shown on drawing number H/CLW/5278/01. The advert will be published in the Newark Advertiser and notices will be displayed on site.

Any objections should clearly state the reasons for the objections and should reach us in writing, either by letter or email, by 2nd January 2026. If the objection cannot be resolved, it will be reported through the County Council’s procedures at the appropriate time.
