TRO 3419 SEALED ORDER - FIFTH AVENUE, EDWINSTOWE - PROHIBITION OF WAITING

Overview

The Prohibition of Waiting Order for Fifth Avenue, Edwinstowe was Sealed on Friday, 13th March 2026 and will come into force on Friday, 27th March 2026. 

The no waiting restrictions have been designed toprevent parking along a section of Fifth Avenue which reduces traffic movements around the junctions.

Via East Midlands Ltd is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services in Nottinghamshire. Concerns have been raised regarding inconsiderate and obstructive parking on Fifth Avenue, Edwinstowe between the junctions of Fourth Avenue (east side). This reduces traffic movements around the junctions and the continuation of Fourth Avenue.

To address this issue, ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ restriction (Double Yellow Lines) between the existing double yellow lines have been extended, as shown on drawing number H/CLW/5278/01.
