Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd, is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services in Nottinghamshire.

In order to fulfil the requirements of a Section 278 Agreement associated with the expansion of Chuter Ede Primary School, Fernwood, it is proposed to introduce additional parking restrictions within the surrounding area.  It is proposed to introduce ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ restrictions (Double Yellow Lines) and ‘No Waiting Mon – Fri 8am – 4.30pm’ (Single Yellow Lines) as shown on drawing number H/LF/5322/01. The advert will be published in the Newark Advertiser and notices will be displayed on site.
