Overview

Planning permission has been granted (V/2017/0140) for the construction of an industrial unit comprising of warehouse and office space off Oddicroft Lane, Sutton-in-Ashfield.

To prevent obstructive parking along the frontage of the new industrial development and therefore ensuring visibility and access is maintained along Oddicroft Lane, it is proposed to introduce ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ (Double Yellow Lines) on the western side of Oddicroft Lane between the northern and southern access roads and 30 metres beyond each access.
