TRO 4325 ADVERT - HIGH STREET AREA, HUTHWAITE - PROPOSED DOUBLE YELLOW LINES - Nottinghamshire County Council

Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd, is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services in Nottinghamshire. In order to fulfil a S278 agreement and to introduce parking restrictions around the new housing development, at the junctions of High Street, Johns Hill, North Street and Unwin Street, Huthwaite.

It is proposed to introduce ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ restrictions (Double Yellow Lines) around the junctions, as shown on drawing number H/LF/5065/02. The advert will be published in the Mansfield and Ashfield Chad and notices will be displayed on site.

Any objections should clearly state the reasons for the objections and should reach us in writing, either by letter or email, by 11th March 2026. If the objection cannot be resolved, it will be reported through the County Council’s procedures at the appropriate time.
