TRO 4326 ADVERT - MILLERS WAY, KIRKBY IN ASHFIELD - PROPOSED DOUBLE YELLOW LINES

Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd, is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services in Nottinghamshire.

In order to fulfil a S278 agreement and to extend parking restrictions around the new housing development, on Millers Way, Kirkby in Ashfield, it is proposed to extend the ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ restrictions (Double Yellow Lines) as shown on drawing number H/LF/5331/01. The advert will be published in the Mansfield and Ashfield Chad and notices will be displayed on site.

Any objections should clearly state the reasons for the objections and should reach us in writing, either by letter or email, by 15th April 2026. If the objection cannot be resolved, it will be reported through the County Council’s procedures at the appropriate time.
