TRO 5278 Dovecote Lane, Beeston - Proposed Double Yellow Lines

Overview

Nottinghamshire County Council have received complaints from cyclists that the double yellow lines (DYL) at this site are too short and this allows vehicles to park up to the end of the (DYL), partly across the dropped kerb, which is obstructing the cycle path / pedestrian dropped kerb.

To help alleviate the problem it is proposed to extend the existing ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ restrictions (Double Yellow Lines) to include the dropped crossing facility.
