TRO 5319A ADVERT - BLAKE ROAD, STAPLEFORD - PROPOSED PARKING RESTRICTIONS

Overview

Nottinghamshire County Council have received complaints regarding inconsiderate parking, particularly at school times, along Blake Road at Stapleford. This is causing difficulties for the buses to navigate their route. In order to help address these concerns, it is proposed to introduce parking restrictions along Blake Road and Sisley Avenue.

In response to concerns raised during the advert period, we have re-evaluated the issues and it has been decided to make some changes to the original proposals.

The revised proposals consist of the following:-

• Single Yellow Lines (No Waiting Monday to Friday 8.00 – 9.30 am – 2.30 - 4 pm) along both sides of Blake Road
• Double Yellow Lines (No Waiting At Any time) around the junction of Blake Road and Sisley Avenue
