TRO 5329 ADVERT - A6005 QUEENS ROAD WEST, BEESTON AND CHILWELL - PROPOSED 30MPH SPEED LIMIT

Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services.

The county council has received requests to extend the existing 30mph Speed Limit along a section of the A6005 Queens Road West, Beeston, between Dovecote Lane and Meadow Lane, due to changes in the character of the road, brought about by recent developments. An assessment has been carried out, which confirms that the section detailed above is suitable for a 30 mph speed limit and is being considered as part of a package of measures to improve the existing cycle route along this corridor.
