TRO 5331 SEALED ORDER - DIGBY STREET AND GILT HILL, KIMBERELY - DOUBLE YELLOW LINES
Overview
The parking restrictions Traffic Regulation Order for Digby Street and Gilt Hill, Kimberely was Sealed on Tuesday 20th January 2026 and will come into force on Tuesday 27th January 2026. The no waiting restrictions are required to address issues with inconsiderate and obstructive parking in this area.
Via East Midlands Ltd is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services in Nottinghamshire. Concerns have been raised about obstructive and inconsiderate parking on Gilt Hill, Kimberley at the junction of Digby Street which is causing visibility issues at the junction during school peak times.
To address this issue, double yellow lines (‘No Waiting At Any Time’) restrictions have been introduced around the junction, as shown on drawing number H/CLW/4950/01.
