TRO 5369 ADVERT - MIDDLETON STREET AND STAMFORD STREET, AWSWORTH - PROPOSED DOUBLE YELLOW LINES

Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver Highway Services.

Nottinghamshire County Council has received complaints of obstructive and inconsiderate parking on Middleton Street, Awsworth at the junction of Stamford Street which is causing visibility issues at the junction. To help alleviate the problems it is proposed to introduce double yellow lines (‘No Waiting at Any Time’) restrictions.

Further to the initial consultation letter of 22^nd August 2025, the next stage of the consultation is to publicly advertise the scheme. The notice will be published in the Nottingham Post and notices will be fixed on site. A plan showing the proposals is attached (Drawing Number H/CLW/5073/01) along with a copy of the site notice.
