TRO 5370 SEALED ORDER - VICKERY WAY, CHILWELL - PROHIBITION OF WAITING
Overview
The Prohibition of Waiting Order for Vickery Way, Chilwell was Sealed on Thursday, 18th March 2026 and comes into force on Wednesday, 25th March 2026.
The Prohibition of Waiting has been introduced to deal with inconsiderate and obstructive parking along Vickery Way, Chilwell which was causing issues with HGV’s getting access to industrial units.
Via East Midlands Ltd is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver Highway Services.
Nottinghamshire County Council has received complaints of obstructive and inconsiderate parking along Vickery Way, Chilwell which is causing issues with HGV’s getting access to industrial units. To help alleviate the problems it is proposed to introduce double yellow lines (‘No Waiting at Any Time.’) restrictions.
To address this issue, double yellow lines (‘No Waiting At Any Time’) restrictions have been installed along the road, as shown on drawing number H/CLW/5075/01.
