TRO 5838 ADVERT - ELDON ROAD (THE NORTH WEST TO SOUTH-EAST SECTION), ATTENBOROUGH - PROPOSED DOUBLE YELLOW LINES

Overview

Via East Midlands Ltd, is working on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services in Nottinghamshire. Concerns have been raised regarding inconsiderate and obstructive parking on Eldon Road Attenborough, particularly in the vicinity of the entrance to the Industrial Estate. Parked vehicles at this location reduce visibility and restrict access for both drivers and pedestrians using the junction, creating potential safety issues.

To address this issue, it is therefore proposed to introduce ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ restrictions (Double Yellow Lines) around the junction, as shown on drawing number H/CLW/5375/01. The advert will be published in the Nottingham Post and notices will be displayed on site.

Any objections should clearly state the reasons for the objections and should reach us in writing, either by letter or email by, 5th June 2026 If the objection cannot be resolved, it will be reported through the County Council’s procedures at the appropriate time.
